Outdoor Therapy in Berkeley + the East Bay

I’m now offering a limited number of outdoor therapy sessions in Berkeley and the East Bay.
If being outside helps you feel calmer, more open, or less “stuck,” this might be a great fit. Some people find it easier to talk when they’re walking, or when they’re not sitting face-to-face in a traditional office setting. We can meet at a local park and sit together (I’ll bring the camping chairs!), or do a gentle walk-and-talk session—whatever feels most supportive.
Outdoor sessions are limited and can be weather-dependent. If you’re interested, reach out and we can talk through whether it’s a good match for you.
This can be a great option if you:
Feel calmer outdoors than indoors
Notice anxiety or restlessness feels more manageable when you’re moving
Want to reduce screen time/Zoom fatigue

Outdoor sessions are held in a local park in the East Bay (location shared after scheduling), and we’ll choose a spot with as much privacy as possible.
